Mr Khalifa is a Vice President and CFO at Shalalat Group. He is responsible for all financial strategic and tactical functions including budgeting, forecasting, asset liability management, corporate taxes, and contract negotiations. Essam also proactively advises clients on all financial matters. 

Essam partners with our teams to ensure that each of our projects run smoothly. He recommends best practices to increase efficiencies while working closely with the Executive Committee to execute Shalalat Group business plans. He works to create objective and transparent processes that support Shalalat Group practices. Essam maintains and encourages a receptive and responsive work environment.

Essam has more than 45 years of experience working with professional services firms. He is a graduate of Alexandria University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting.
